We had quite the mixed experience at this hotel. While the animation team was fantastic, keeping everyone entertained and engaged, the overall quality of the dining left much to be desired. The room we stayed in was dated, and we had issues with the air conditioning. On the flip side, the pools were nice and well-kept, and the staff at the bars were friendly and helpful, which added some positives to our stay.
